The hotel has a great location, right next to where tuk-tuks and motorcycles come and go from the mainland, airport, and Flores lake. the twin room I booked had windows on two sides as well as a fan. - I appreciated that the hotel offers a wake-up service.

Having a refrigerator, a seating area, and a writing table in my immaculately clean room was really great. Location: the hotel was just next door to all restaurants. It took 15 minutes to reach Playa del Pueblo on foot...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel by the lagoon in Flores. Firstly, the value for money was excellent, especially considering the stunning views and location across the lake. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, showing great attention to detail. Lastly, the rooms were spacious with large windows on two sides, offering breathtaking views from a private terrace. The breakfast spread was also superb, offering a variety of delicious options.

We had a fantastic time staying at a hotel in St Elena. The location was perfect - right on the edge of the lake, offering stunning views. We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying a cold drink. The hotel really impressed us with their attention to detail, from the newly renovated rooms to the luxurious bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service and we felt pampered throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, including a gym and purified water for guests to enjoy. it was a wonderful experience.
The only downside was the noise from a nearby car park, which disrupted our sleep.
