The hotel offers a lovely outdoor seating area.
Our stay was marred by cleanliness issues. The room was infested with insects, including roaches and ants. We even found dead roaches, and the smell of the water was unbearable when we tried to shower.

The proximity to the airport made travel easy, and the waterfront dining experience was a highlight, especially the hot and cold sandwiches. However, the lack of English-speaking staff resulted in significant miscommunication, especially regarding a restaurant reservation. Additionally, despite confirming an airport transfer, no ride was arranged, causing last-minute stress. Thankfully, a staff member helped us out at the last moment, but it underscored service inconsistencies.

We loved the spacious room with a balcony overlooking the lake—perfect for the kids to enjoy watching the birds. The multilingual staff even organized a fun boat trip to Flores Island, making our family stay truly memorable and enjoyable.
My wife says that adding extra pillows might improve the beds' comfort significantly.

The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the airport and only a short distance from local attractions like the Cathedral of Flores. It was nice to take casual walks in the bright garden area surrounding the property, creating a lovely atmosphere during our stay.
